Spectrum was tasked by the owner of the building to design a replacement roofing system for the aging roofing system present on the building. After performing an initial survey of the existing roofing, Spectrum developed detailed specifications for the replacement of the roofing system. Spectrum assisted the owner during the bidding process and performed quality assurance observations of the replacement roofing system as it was being installed.
