Spectrum was engaged as a team member on the construction of this upscale shopping center. During the construction of the project, Spectrum made periodic site visits to observe the installation of the roofing, through-wall flashing, air barrier, EIFS and exterior sealant joints and determine their compliance with the contract documents. Spectrum worked closely with the construction manager, architect, general contractor, specialty sub-contractors and component manufacturers during construction to assist them in maintaining a quality installation.

Spectrum was further tasked with performing the same services on a multi-story building that was within the complex, but separate from the shopping center, as well as monitoring the modifications of the building envelope made by tenants of the shopping center.
